AWS Tele-Bot based Sales Agent

Jan 2024 - April 2025

1. This is a SIM based bot. We can get a number using AWS (There are also other mechanisms like Twilio/ Vapi).
2. Using AWS Lex & Connect - we process the data received using these mechanisms.
3. We also need Lambda based processing (node/ python) to push this data furhter into other systems/ CRMs like salesforce.
4. If there are multiple intents in a single statement, we need tensorflow to segregate those.
5. I had used sagemaker too in the process of achieving the goals it also helps in training the sample data.
